Apple iOS Application bug

We've now resolved the incident. Please download App version 3.6.4 to correct the situation.

A general bug has slipped into this version of the Apple iOS application and we have already identified the source of it and corrections have been made. If you are using a Pin Code to access the application, it might affect the keypad commands as it will not send any command.

A new version of the App will be pushed to the App Store and should be online soon.
